Thicccc Brownies & Blondies in Leeds (and by Post)
Right, let's talk about my favourite subject: brownies! This is where I let my sweet tooth take over. One lovely customer called them "the best brownies EVER!!" and, honestly, I might have that printed on a t-shirt.
Every brownie and blondie is baked fresh at my bakery in Kirkstall, Leeds, and they're properly thicccc (yes, that's four c's, and they've earned every one of them).
Brownie or blondie?
If you're new to the blondie, let me introduce you! A brownie is all about the chocolate: rich, fudgy and gooey in the middle. A blondie is its golden cousin, made without the cocoa so it's lighter in colour, with a buttery, caramel-y flavour that's a perfect match for white chocolate, biscuits and fruit. Can't decide? Have both. That's what I do!
So many flavours
This is the bit where I struggle to choose. You can build your own tray of 6 or 12 from flavours including Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate, Cadbury Caramel, Salted Caramel, Oreo, Lotus Biscoff, Mint Aero, Crunchie, Rolo and Sprinkles, Jammie Dodger, Lemon Drizzle, Chocolate Orange, Mars Bar, Peanut Butter, Nutella, and Raspberry and White Chocolate. You can have a tray of brownies, a tray of blondies, or a mixed 12 with six of each, which is my top pick if you're feeding a crowd with different tastes. Or go for Mixed and let me pick some favourites for you!
Treat boxes for sharing (or not!)
If you fancy a bit of everything, my treat boxes are a lovely mix of brownies, blondies, cookie slabs and flapjacks. The small box has 4 bakes and the medium has 9. They make a brilliant gift, and if you want a message popped in, just write it in the notes when you order.
Personalised brownie slabs
My personalised brownie slab is a 9 x 9 inch triple chocolate brownie, covered in milk chocolate and all the best sweeties, with a message on top. Choose from Happy Birthday, Love You, Bestie, Miss You, Thinking of You, Get Well Soon, Sorry, Its Ya Bday, Mum or Dad. It comes boxed and ready to give to your person! Want something even more personal? My photo brownie slab has the picture of your choice on top, surrounded by sprinkles to match. And for a crowd, the Giant Favourites slab is 9 x 11 inches and feeds 12, or more if you cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Swap the birthday cake for a brownie stack
Not everyone's a sponge fan, and that's absolutely fine by me! My brownie and blondie stack "cake" is a tower of my favourite brownies and blondies with lashings of sauce, and it's a wonderful alternative to a traditional cake. Add a Happy Birthday topper, or a bespoke topper with your own words, and you've got a showstopper.

Ordering your brownies
Please give me at least 72 hours' notice. You can collect from my bakery at Unit I, Cardigan Workspace, Lennox Road, Leeds LS4 2BL, Tuesday to Friday, or Saturday, Sunday or Monday by appointment. I can sometimes deliver locally, so just ask and I'll confirm. And yes, my brownies and blondies can go in the post, so they make a brilliant gift for someone further away! Postal orders are posted midweek to arrive in time for the weekend.
