Hi, I’m Jodie! My brownies, blondies, cookies and tiffin are baked fresh in my bakery in Kirkstall, Leeds, and I can post them anywhere in the UK, with postage from £6. After 25+ years in catering and hospitality, and baking as Jodie Bakes since 2020, I know a good brownie when I see one… and these are thicccc.
What I can post
- Blondies & Brownies – Pick Your Flavour: trays of 6 or 12, from £16, in flavours like Lotus Biscoff, Salted Caramel, Jammie Dodger, Mint Aero, Lemon Drizzle and Raspberry & White Chocolate.
- Thicccc Cookie Box: 6 cookies for £18 in Lotus Biscoff, Snickers Caramel (contains nuts), Maltesers or Crunchie. Give them 20–30 seconds in the microwave and thank me later.
- Chocolate Tiffin: a tray of 12 portions, £35, milk and dark chocolate packed with biscuits, Rolos, mini marshmallows and Maltesers.
- Giant Favourites Brownie Slab: 9 x 11 inches, feeds 12 or more, £35.
Personalised brownie slabs and giant cookies
- Personalised Brownie Slab: a 9 x 9 inch triple chocolate brownie with a message such as Happy Birthday, Love You, Bestie, Miss You or Thinking of You, £25.
- Large Personalised Birthday Brownie Slab: 12 x 9 inch, ‘Happy Birthday’ plus their name, £37.50.
- Brownie Slab – Personalised Photo: 9 x 9 inch with your own picture, £35. Email your order number and photo to orders@jodiebakes.co.uk.
- Giant Cookie with Personalisation: 8 inch, £30, with a message like Happy Bday, Thank You, Sorry or a name. Or go for the Giant Cookie Favourites (8 inch, £30).
Treat boxes
- Small Treats Box: 4 mixed bakes (brownies, blondies, cookie slabs or flapjacks), £15.
- Medium Treats Box: 9 mixed bakes, £32.
- At-Home Cake Mix – Vanilla or Chocolate: £4.50. Just add your eggs and butter at home. It makes a great party bag filler too. (Contains gluten.)
- Pick ‘n’ Mix Treat Bag: £4.95. A big bag of all the good sweets, and I change the mix regularly. (Some sweets may contain gelatine, and I can’t cater for allergies or dietary needs in this mix.)
Pop a gift message in the notes at checkout and I’ll add it to the box.

Birthdays, thank yous, ‘sorry I forgot’, get well soon, new jobs, or just because… a box of brownies by post says it better than a card.

When will it arrive?
Postal orders are posted midweek to arrive in time for the weekend.
What can’t be posted
Cakes, the Cookie Pie and the Brownie & Blondie Stack can’t be posted. They’re collection only from my bakery in Kirkstall, or local delivery by arrangement.
Allergens
Allergens: I use all 14 major allergens in my bakery, including nuts and peanuts, so I can’t guarantee any bake is free from traces. Please tell me about any allergies before you order. Some flavours contain nuts or peanuts (e.g. Snickers Caramel, Peanut Butter, Nutella).
In Leeds? Collect instead
If you’re local, you can skip postage and collect from my Kirkstall bakery (Unit I, Cardigan Workspace, Lennox Road, LS4 2BL). Collection is Tuesday to Friday, and Saturday, Sunday or Monday by appointment. See my Leeds brownies page.

Can you post a cake?
Sorry, cakes, the Cookie Pie and the Brownie & Blondie Stack can’t be posted. They’re collection only from Kirkstall, Leeds, or local delivery by arrangement. My At-Home Cake Mix can go in the post though, so you can bake your own!
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Add your message in the notes at checkout.
Are they suitable for allergies?
I use all 14 major allergens in my bakery, including nuts and peanuts, so I can’t guarantee any bake is free from traces.
How long do they keep?
My brownies, blondies, cookies and tiffin have a 7-day shelf life, so tuck in soon after they arrive (I don’t think you’ll need telling).
Is postage tracked?
Yes, postal orders go by tracked postage. I choose the courier on the day, so it can vary from order to order.
Do you do corporate orders?
Yes, lots and lots! Email me at hello@jodiebakes.co.uk with what you’d like, how many and when you need them, and I’ll come back to you with options.
Do you have vegan options?
Yes, I can do some vegan bakes. Email me at hello@jodiebakes.co.uk before you order and I’ll tell you what I can make. They’re baked in the same bakery as everything else, so I can’t guarantee they’re free from traces of milk or eggs.
Do you make gluten-free bakes?
Sorry, no. I use all 14 major allergens in my bakery, including gluten, so I don’t make gluten-free bakes.
